A glorious project with the Beswick chatty crafters commissioned by Manchester Science And Museum
This project used gentle crafting and layered mix media combined with big chats to explore what Hope means to us in what feels like an often hopeless time
We created large, beautiful lanterns and a big textile wall hanging to be exhibited at the Manchester science festival
We also co-facilitated hopeful workshops for the general public at the festival, including lantern making hopeful textile mini wallhangings and of course big hopeful chats
This project was kindly commissioned by the Science And Industry museum with support from the Royal Exchange Theatre and one Manch
