Generously funded by The Brew Time Collective, ‘I Shout Kind Stuff At Strangers’ is a performance art piece which aims to combat sadness in our little city. Dressed as a rainbow, I spoke a collection of words which had been gathered through multi-platform community consultation.
The aim of this on going project is to change the social mood of small towns and city’s, who often feel very let down by our governments under funding. Hearing kind words spoken by a stranger can change your day, and in a domino affect change the day of the people around you. Like waves on the sea, like wind rippling on grass. An act of contagious kindness.
